Tour of Italy Dinner - Veneto & Fruili-Venezia Giulia

Italy is made up of 20 distinct regions. Every one of these regions has a vastly different cuisine. The flavors and ingredients that are used across these regions vary greatly due to climates, geography, and a complex history of foreign invasions.
Join Tutti Pazzi Italian Kitchen in our upstairs La Terrazza Room as we explore the taste and aroma of the food, wine and/or spirits from each of these regions. For each of our stops, we will pair dishes with wines and/or spirits that are served in the Italian household of each of these locations.
We will continue our journey in Veneto and Fruili-Venezia Giulia which are in northeastern Italy with Friuli-Venezia Giulia bordering Austria and Slovenia. On this stop, we will dine on a five course meal paired with traditional wines from both Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia. We will have a representative from the Italian wine pureyors, who will provide insights into the wines we have selected for your enjoyment.

Vellutata di Zucchine - A fresh zucchini based soup enjoyed in Friuli-Venezia Giulia
Secondo Corso / Second Course
Insalata Panzanella di Prosciutto e Melone Carbonizzato - A Venetian salad with charred cantaloupe melon, Prosciutto di San Danielle and an herbal lemon honey dressing
Terzo Corso / Third Course
Sugo di Cernia con Olive, Erbe Aromatiche e Pomodoro - A Fruilian savory pasta dish with flakes of fresh grouper, tomatoes, olives and aromatic herbs
Quattro Corso / Fourth Course
Porchetta Trevigiana - A traditional Pork dish from the Treviso Province of Veneto. This aromatic roast is served with polenta and a berry compote
Dolce / Dessert
Strucolo de Pomi - An apple strudel from Trieste in Friuli with walnuts and sultanas
This culinary experience is being offered at $125 per guest plus 20% gratuity ($150) and sales tax, with advanced reservation and payment required.
We will be limiting seating to the first 40 confirmed guests.
