We have select relationships with local seafood purveyors, ranchers, produce vendors and Italian specialy importers to bring the highest quality ingredients for you to enjoy.

We only cook with olive oil or our proprietary house-blend of Italian extra virgin olive oil and avocado oil.  We do not use any GMO or cook with any seed, vegetable or aerosol oils.
